I was new to the area and was looking at a local paper when the word GUARDIAN jumped out at me. It was as though something was pulling me in that direction. Divine Providence ?? Maybe. I applied and secured the position. My first night upon entering the breakroom for the first time...I looked around the room. My eyes came to rest upon a man who had such light shining from his eyes that I thought it was going to burn me up. I'd only seen this light one other time shining through the eyes of my spiritual teacher. I remember a friend telling me ...when you walk into a room..the first person to look at you is the friend...and he was the only person in this whole room that looked at me. I felt a good connection there. My next break two days later...I was invited to sit at a table by some of the team. I sat down and was gifted with a small box of strawberries from the vending machiine by this man with the light filled eyes. He introduced himself as " RALPH ". I thanked him and shared the berries with him. He only took one and said " They are for you. I thanked him so much for the wonderful gift. He is a good and giving soul. He opened up a world of wonder to me. From then on it was one magical experience after another. He told me of his life...and sadness and some of his greatest joys which evolved heavily around family. I felt some of his greatest sorrow also. He told me the Chinese friend he had advised him he being a Gemini...he would have to do everything twice. He also told him of a raven haired girl who would be gracing his life with love . One time at the beginning of the relationship he came to visit me . We walked across the street to the park. We saw a huge monarch butterfly ...flitting along ...Ralph said ..." I can get that butterfly to land on my hand. Would you like to see me do it. I responded with an emphatic yes. He then walked toward the butterfly...held out his hand and lo and behold ... it did alight upon that gentle hand and stayed for five minutes before moving on to other delights.
